  • Run fast. Don't waste your time or money. It's disgusting. Trash all over the place. Machines don't work. Employees are rude. No pasta, plates, silverware, no salad.  more »
  • Literally just came back from the worst customer service experience that I can recall. Paid for 3 laser tag games ($20/pp) for 3 people. $65 total. Play one game (and wondered why the manager, Kayla B...  more »

  • We are still waiting to hear a response from corporate about our horrible experience. The buffet was horrible, no plates and cups. We had to eat the scraps that had been sitting out for God knows how long. We paid $133 for a family of six. When we finally got into to play there were limited vests. When we got into the arena there was no music and both my daughter and my vests didn't work. My husbands laser wasn't working either. The other family who had waited two hours to play, complained about their vests and lasers not working either. Don't get me wrong, two years ago we came and then the years before that and we loved it. We would spend hours having a great time. But this time was really pathetic. They were understaffed and didn't have product available. We decided to leave. There was no reason for us to stay any longer. The manager, who had her two year old daughter there, was not able to help at all. She was extremely overwhelmed. The VP of the company did say that we could call Tuesday to discuss a refund. When we called just now, 11:35am on Tuesday we got someone who was very rude and basically called us liars. Told us he can review the video's to confirm our story. It's sad that this is how far down this company has come. We really used to enjoy this facility and we were willing to pay the money. We are happy to pay the lousy $3 more a person for pizza since I think each of us had a piece. But come on. If the staff knew how horrible this place was, because they expressed their opinions as well, then why did they encourage us to purchase this package? I'm extremely disappointed and upset by the lack of professionalism on not only the manager staff at Surfs up, but with the person of corporate. I guess he gets calls daily for people who want refunds. Not my problem. My family having a great vacation that my husband and I work hard for is my problem!!!
  • Nothing works. The staff will let you spend money for the arcade but will not tell you that most of them are broken. We asked for a refund, but of course they didn't give us one. Most of the games have signs on them that say they have been seized. Do not waste your money!!
  • They games half worked. They were lown on tickets in most games. And food is to high. But kids have alot of fun. And that's what's most important. They did compensate for the lost money on games and tickets.
  • I wish I could have give zero stars. This place is such a joke. Half the games did work and the ones that did work didn't give tickets. The laser tag didn't work as well. I had to trade my gun and pack in several times during the games. The staff was nice and friendly and was sorry about the my bad experience. The owner needs to put money into this place or close the doors. Total waste of my money and time. I also heard that the pizza was terrible as well.
  • Nothing works, every single machine but 2 had sorry out of order sign. They still let us buy a card to play. We said $10 then my wife asked if i thought 15 would he better. I said no. They put 15 on it anyway no refunds. We asked for a refund when we found out all the games were broken and they said. No but we can give them prizes to make up for it. All the candy they had for prizes was expired. The kids play area was disgusting and had toe nail clippings and what looked like vomit in it that seemed to be old like it was there for awhile. Don't visit this place. They also say they have a pizza buffet and salad bar they even have it advertised. But they got rid of their stoves. Glad i didnt eat there place is gross
