  • Not the largest water park I've ever seen, but we had a good time. Food was good, but service as slow.
  • We've been season pass holders for a couple years now.. I have multiple small children.. All who love coming here. It's a great place to meet local friends and have some fun in the Myrtle Beach heat.. They added a new ride last year and are adding another one this year.. They also made some minor improvements throughout the park. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone.
  • Loved the kid area that constantly had water flowing. The kids loved the lazy river; they floated for a long time. I loved a couple of water slides that weren't extremely high.
  • It was horrible. First they sale you stuff that they have ran out of. They ran out of ice. I spoke with over 15 staff members and.only one was nice... The staff is hateful and rude. The life guards were as well. Just a very BAD very high pool priced experience. And I have no idea when the last time their food service areas were inspected but I would never eat anything from that nasty place
  • As a first timer didn't know much about the place and went with family at the last minute. Don't sit under anything with and shade visor and doesn't have a reserved sign. Staff not patient with first timers if you sit in wrong seat they yell at you twice. Benches also by pools can be off limit although they don't have reserved sign like cabana event rooms. Yes, this can be confusing to anyone who has never went and just arrived. They won't give a name if you want to speak to a member of management. Don't ask to take a picture to have their staff identify them they threaten to sue you. She was not patient and yelled at me. I asked to speak to her boss she said okay then she yelled again, "why are you following me!?" I told her again I want to see her boss. I could only walk so fast she took off. Her approach as representing the staff with more patience would be nice. This young lady was not at all patient nor understanding. Everything could still be no worries and I also have witnesses who were there for the whole thing. She had no patience for pregnant women with trying to round up the family to let them know we were relocating so no one panicked. Unfortunately for her she will see us again all of next year and many more to come. But I do look forward to seeing her again in a good way and possibly escorting us to our cabana. I know deep down she has got to be a sweet and caring girl.
