  • This site is operated by the state of Arkansas. It is very interesting and informative. Very well done.

  • Fun area to get back to our roots. Great music and good food. Lots of cool Craft shops.
  • Some staff was helpfull, others seemed overly proud of their work almost to the point they seemed rude.
  • Great people with a lot of pioneer skills work here. They are all willing to talk about their crafts. Classes usually cost more. Shops and buildings all have air conditioning, grounds are all clean and covered with plants and herbs. Skillet Restaurant uses a lot of the herbs from the property in their food. The Smoke House has fenominal fried pies! If you want peach get there early, apple and cherry are there all the time. Really fun place to wander around if you are a crafty person or wonder what old living was like. Young Pioneer activities for the little ones three times a day for free. Small noon concerts at a small outside pavilion. Larger concerts at night cost a little extra. Family and season passes are available, with additional discounts if you stay at Dry Creek Cabins of their RV Park.
  • Good hamburger and chicken strips. The vegetables plates were fair. Would not order again. The service was very good. Watching the squirrels was very entertaining.
  • So much to see, it was awesome..learned alot
