Cave Nature / Park
Explore living limestone caves when you delve into Blanchard Springs Caverns. Guides will lead you through deep caves, referred to as "living" due to their constantly changing state from dripping water. You can choose the intensity and difficulty of the caverns you tour. On the Dripstone Trail, view a wide range of formations and cave creatures, such as salamanders and crickets. This trail is accessible to strollers and wheelchairs, though strong assistance will be needed. Discovery Trail has lots of steps, so you will need to be mobile, but it takes you much deeper and features an underground stream. If you're adventurous, take the Wild Cave Tour, where you explore undeveloped sections of the cave. For this one, you will need to be in good physical shape, have sturdy boots, and be ready to crawl and get dirty. • Did the drip stone trial and it was unbelievable. My 5 year old granddaughter had no trouble with the walk nor did her 72 yaar old grandfather. Johnny the guide was very informative and funny.  more »

  • Definitely worth visiting if your in the area! My family and I did the wild cave tour and it was so much fun! You are able to go off trail and climb walls, skirt ledges and experience the beauty of the cave up close. It's like nothing I've ever done before and I would gladly do it again, definitely worth the price.
  • Went on the dripstone tour. I loved every minute of it. The guide was very informative. I will come back and do the other tours. Would recommend to anyone.
  • This place BLEW ME AWAY. I had very little expectations but when we went down into the first chamber, I was literally disoriented by how massive and majestic it was. I had no idea that such beauty was lurking beneath the Ozark Mountains. The cost for the discovery trail is like 10 bucks and is the best deal I've had since the original 5 for 5 at Arby's. Our trail guides were the best! Marquee was enthusiastic, energetic, and incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. Willy provided safety and security. I can't wait to come back for Labor Day Weekend and do the office trail expedition!
  • Amazing place. I only live an hour away and I can't believe I've never been here before. The sights underground are amazing and something that pictures don't do any justice. Like going to the alps, you have to see it in person to really appreciate how awesome it is.
  • This was by far the best cave experience we have ever had! This was in part because the caverns are just amazing and also due to our very knowledgeable tour guide, Alex. She not only knew what what she was talking about, she did it with great enthusiasms and humor. If you're in the area, this is a must see!!!!
