  • This is the best garden in the tulip festival. Its enormous and has that lovely "sea of color" effect. Go on a weekday morning and it's not too crowded. If you're going during a busier time (weekends especially) bring cash with you. They run two entrance lines and the cash line moves twice as fast as the credit card line. Wear some sturdy rubber boots and clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty.
  • Highly Enjoyable Experience. Would Highly Recommend. Beautifully designed garden. Would recommend to visit during the Tulip Festival. Excellent customer service, clean grounds and lots of beautiful flowers. Pleasant aroma of wild flowers. Excellent customer service. I do not feel like the admission is against you. It is worth it. Parking lot can fill up. Would recommend a little later in the day. Not as many individuals.
  • In my opinion, better than Tulip Towne by a landslide. To each their own. Larger flower fields, better garden tour, and less people (when I was there) made for better pictures. I'll post pics another time. This was my first year seeing Roozengaarde. It won't be the last!
  • Awesome place to hangout with family. Tulips and daffodils are in Bloom when I was here. April is the busiest time of the year and season for 🌷. Plan ahead and reach early to avoid standstill traffic in many places in this Tulip town. Nice garden and thoughtfully done arrangements with flowers starting from entering outside and inside this place. This is huge place and make yourself ready to walk few miles on both ends and in overall as one side they have daffodils and the other side tulips. Specially who are like me having kids and saw many complain /request, 'can you please carry me daddy? 😘'. Parking is free and huge lines for ticket at $7 as to enter. Overall a good place to hangout in Tulip town. See it your self. If missed this time, have to wait untill April month.. that is the spring season!!
  • Good place to see tulips near Seattle. We had a fun outing with family and friends. But I gave only 2 stars because of an awful experience in the parking area. It was extremely crowded on Easter Sunday and we parked more than a mile away from the gates. Naturally one of us went to get the car while the rest of us waited behind with the kids. Our friend who walked up more than a mile to get our car, tried to get in the parking lot to pick us up. Since it was getting dark, he couldn't see the signs and accidentally bumped a couple cones and went in an area he wasn't supposed to go. When we got the kids in, we were ready to make an about-turn and back on our journey to Seattle, when a seemingly drunk Native American man in his 50's with a thick black mustache tagged behind us, yelling at top of his voice and asking us "to f***** get out of there!". We took our car out without saying a word, fearing for our lives,(who knows if this guy was carrying guns?) He seemed dangerous! Our friend's kid was extremely upset the whole trip as he saw his dad getting insulted with an f*** word! Now we know we made a mistake and we had profusely apologized for bumping over the cones, even before he started yelling. However, after spending money and time for those wonderful tulips, we didn't deserve to hear the f*** word in front of our kids! That treatment is totally unacceptable for a small mistake and we would think a 100 times before we come back to Roozengarde. The guy ruined this place for us and Seattle has 100 other beautiful alternatives.
