  • They have a ton of differend kinds of shows you can attend and it's a pretty good place for gambling, food, and arcade play!
  • Great concert hall venue. Good food courts for every budget adjacent to gaming floor which has every imaginable slot to play. Had a great time.
  • Concert was held here, fair size place. Very busy. Tons of machines to lose your money on. Hotel onsite.

  • Downgrading review. Last visit was not good. We could not control the heating and cooling system so we had to open the window to cool down and it took all night to do so. Since the window was open we were treated to people yelling outside of our window. There was also a not so wonderful pigeon excrement odor emanating through our window. The casino slots, paying out, does not seem to exist; we have won once in 4 years. We're also tired of smelling like smoke, they allow it in the casino and restaurants, yuck!! Previous review; Great pool area with an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Nice getaway place for the whole family. One thing the casino lacks is a good nightclub. More and more big name acts are making their way here, so take in a show sometime. The Council continues to make upgrades and improvements.
  • Amazing service! Big and beautiful place. Been here quite a few times now and a fun experience everytime.. Wonderful gift shop. Love the atmosphere! I've stayed in the hotel suite and other rooms and they are very nice. The Bingo hall is huge and also very great workers. Would definitely recommend!
  • Love this casino, I have been going for years. The food is great. Love the buffet and also the restaurants. Good size pool and outdoor spa area. I have only two complaints. First, there used to be a bar and sort of lounge area in the middle of the gaming area, had a dance floor also. They got rid of that and just put more slot machines. This makes the bars on the side fill up quicker, so if your not gambling, there is really no where to just kick back and have a drink. Second, the rooms need updating. Period.
  • The Security is rude and if you find a dollar on there floor in quarters they will harassment to give it back. The blackjack dealers are really rude and they figure out ways to cheat people at the game there is nothing you can do about it. I lost $40 at the Blackjack tables only when I realized it was rigged when people will losing $100 of dollars in minutes, and I lost it in about 40 minutes. On there Social Media page they only show people winning $ to make people believe that anyone can win. That's not the case. These so called Indians (liberal lazy Jews love to steal money form old people).
  • I have been to Soaring Eagle before and always had a wonderful time. This time was a bit different. All of the resturants had extremely long line no matter what time of day it was. We decided to order room service the first night because we would not have been sat until 10pm. The food was good, but not worth the price. The following day we went to play the slots, and had a nice time, but they did not have any of the newer games we have played else where ( wizard of October or willy wonka). When we asked about them they said that they get asked about those a lot, but they are not getting them. That evening we decided to leave the resort and had dinner in Mount Pleasant to avoid lines. When we got back we went to the pool for a swim. To our suprise the hotels allowed a guest to have a birthday party there for there daughter. There was about 30 kids running around, screaming at the top of there lungs, and pouring pop in the pool. We then decide to go outside to the hot tub, and the same thing was going on. When we went and complained everyone that worked here had a different story on why they were allowed to have a party here. We also found out that the adult had booked a couple rooms and then the hotel registered about 30 kids to those rooms. I don't know, but I am pretty sure it is against fire code to have that many kids registered to a room. Sorry but I paid to stay at a resort and casino not a kids water park (that is down the road). When I asked to speak to who authorized this I was told they would not be back until next week. Thank you soaring eagle for ruining what was supposed to be a nice relaxing weekend!
