Visit Coco Key Water Resort for a family adventure with pools, slides, spas, an arcade, and an adjoining hotel. Explore children's areas, including parrot perch, an aquatic jungle gym, and a very shallow area for babies with little slides and baby bungees. Climb up to the water slides that crisscross the pools. Slip down Shark Slam, a nearly 91 m (300 ft) slide that is four stories high, then try out Barracuda Blast for loops and turns through a dark tunnel. Parents will find their own adults-only section, Palm Grotto. Soak in the indoor/outdoor spa, indulge in some water therapy, and unwind in giant whirlpools. You'll find sit-down dining options as well as a poolside bar. Plan my trip to Mount Laurel with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

Coco Key Water Resort Reviews
Chrystyan at the coffee shop and the drink cashier lady are friendly people. I recommend this hotel to anyone spending a short memorable time with their family; while having fun, during the weekend. more »
I won 4 tickets for this water park at a Fund Raiser a few months ago. When I went to book I realized the passes had expired. The manager, Andrew Alexander was very understanding and honored them! I t... more »
On January 28, on the upper level kids area the lifeguards where mostly chatting with each other outside of the water area. I witness kids get shoved and pushed down the slides with no supervision. I ... more »
We celebrated New Year's at CoCo Key Water Resort and had the most amazing time. If I could give 10 stars I would. The whole place was very clean, our room was perfect, the staff were so nice and the food was so good. We will definitely be coming back next year for New Year's. The kids did not want to leave. The caricaturist artist was very friendly and we had our very first family picture drawn. My children loved the balloon artist as well. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the freezing cold weather it felt so good. I highly recommend this place!!
The place was staffed by rude ghetto fabulous personnel. The rooms are in need of upgrade. The game area is not heated and in the middle of the winter that is ridiculous. The water park area should be closed for renovation and the fire department should make frequent inspection to ensure public safety. There were so many people allowed into the water park that it presented as public health hazard. However, the resort is so concerned with profit over guest satisfaction that it will not turn anyone away. I have never stayed at such a inferior resort and never will again.
We went for a birthday party. Loved it. Consumer to do my daughters birthday there too. Food was good. We had pizza, fries, and chicken tenders. The kiddie stuff were great. Water was a little too cold (& its winter) not so great for the little ones. But its alright I guess. Staff were nice.
This place is fun especially if you can't get to another Waterpark. This water park is more for little kids than adults but if there's nowhere else to go then this place is better than nothing. A little expensive for what they offer but if it's a hot sweaty day and you want to cool off then this place is better than nothing. They have a board there so that makes up for a little bit. Definitely fun for the little kid show as they have a big Jungle Gym type water park in the middle surrounded by all kinds of slides and waterfalls and a floating raft system and all kinds of stuff that's great for little kids. The last time I was there, the whole place at a heavy smell of chlorine which means either they take care of the water or a lot of people go to the bathroom in it but after a few drinks at the bar you won't even notice it anymore. My 11 year old boy liked it there and asked to go back. I ended up at this place after the electric at Sahara Sam's went out for the day and I wasn't going to take my boy back home without finding somewhere to swim so like I said it's definitely better than nothing. Besides swimming and a bar they offer food here as well although I did not try it I heard it was pretty decent. They are also located right off of a couple main highways including the turnpike and 295 so the pretty easy to get to
Needed a quick weekend trip for my toddlers. The reservation process was stressful as my online order rerouted to a sister hotel in Missouri. After speaking to a rep name Shay I was ready to forgo the trip all together. After asking to speak with a manager multiple times and the rep refusing or willing to do anything to correct the error...I was forced to call Missouri. Since this was for my babies, I decided to call back...that rep was able to help and quickly booked the trip. All in all this place has the potential to be great if they invested the time to do so. The rooms are a bit outdated, the place could use a good deep cleaning; specifically, the corners of the carpet are filthy. I was very impressed with the water park. There were plenty of lifeguards and activities for my 2 and 4 yr old to do, HOWEVER , the water temperature was cold. We went to the arcade after enjoying the water park and quickly realized the AIR was on. When I mentioned it to the attendant she simply stated....we keep it in on so that the games don’t overheat. Well dayum....what about the wet kids running around?!?! Lastly the restaurant dinner was hella nasty but the breakfast was in point. Not sure if we’ll be back as NJ is amusement park central I’m sure that there’s something comparable.
