Zero Gravity Trampoline Park Reviews
Disappointing visit. I understand the need for safety measures, but this is a bit much. Prices are high considering the usage restrictions designed for safety. Will not recommend nor return. more »
nice but very expensive, wont go there again. I would recommend that they reduce the price and make it more reasonable for families. more »
We went on a school holiday so it was very crowded. The kids that I brought had fun jumping and climbing but I thought $42.00 for three kids for one hour was pretty steep. Not a great place for toddle... more »
I've been coming here for years always has been good making improvements all the time. Certainly a good price for what you get too. However a few years ago the staff were a lot more entertaining and they were able to bounce and do stuff too now all they do is is tell you that you can't do stuff when you you do something against the rules instead of doing something more crazy right after you.
Super fun and fairly inexpensive. Save your jumping gripper socks so you can reuse them each time you go. The kids bounced and bounced the whole time and it was fun for little kids and teenagers. I will definitely join them next time as it looked like a blast!
No food options except a vending machine. Not allowed to bring outside food or beverages in. Not much seating for those not participating in activities. Kids had a fun time and would say this is probably a good place for those living right around the area to take their kids. For those living in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, it isn't worth the drive or cost. Check out Grand Slam in Burnsville or The Big Thrill Factory in Minnetonka area.
Expensive but fun. First $30 per person we got an all access pass. The trampolines were over crowded and mostly useless (just bounce up and down?). However, the laser tag was empty and fun. I guess most parents just get the $25 bounce pass? The obstacle course was lame. The climbing wall was meh. The kids arcade was reasonable in size but not great quality games (too many scam midway type stuff). Review would be a 2 or 3 star if not for the laser tag.
I wanted to give more stars in this review but it’s hard to bring myself to do so. The environment was great and it appeared that everyone there was having a lot of fun. The biggest issue is the employees don’t enforce any rules and they neglect safety for the kids. While there, some kid (maybe 12/13) was too aggressive and when threw a foam dodgeball at my face, which sent my glasses flying across the trampolines and cut me along the inner eye. When asking the employee who was standing there his response was, “yeah it happens, you can talk to the front desk about it.” We proceeded to talk to the manager who went and got the kid to apologize (doesn’t really mean anything at this point) she then informed us this isn’t the first time this has happened from this individual but he still hasn’t been and wasn’t kicked out or asked to leave. I don’t care about myself getting harmed, I’m concerned that if they don’t care that someone’s bleeding when the employees can’t enforce the safety rules, how much do they really care about the safety of your child/children? My point is, if you want to have fun, go for it! But, be aware the employees lack any care for your child’s/children’s safety or following their own safety rules.
