  • This place was amazing!! Feeding the animals was more fun than I thought it would be. The people who own this farm are so friendly and kind.
  • We had a really good time! And the women there were amazing! I had my phone fall out of my bag during the ride and the women went on the search till they found it! I was beyond thankful.. We would absolutely visit again on our next trip! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
  • First I want to say that the review by Tony was not exactly accurate. I was there to witness the scene. The owner cannot be held accountable because 2 of the little girls cried and got scared. It happens. This man was a very rude person with a temper. We then took our 50 minute ride and owner was delightful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place and the price was very reasonable.
  • My daughter went with her friend and she absolutely loved it.
  • I think the owner should respond to this. I don’t know Sharry Sloan, who referenced me in her review, but if she saw me being rude and losing my temper, I’d like her to specifically state in what manner she observed me doing it. I’ve got the important parts on video if anyone is interested. And yes, the girls did get scared and started crying once the owner started slapping horses and raising her voice. But they weren’t scared of the horses, they were scared of the owner. They’ve both ridden several other times with no problems. As for my temperament and rudeness, I was the one calming the owner down after she had lost control of the situation. I never raised my voice and intentionally pulled the owner aside to talk privately so as to help release the tension. I hope she learned something. Here’s the original review below. Incredible disappointment because of the rude owner. We took my 9 year old daughter and 5 of her friends up there for her birthday. My daughter was the last to get saddled up and the stirrups were too long so that her legs dangled. The owner told her she would just have to deal with it. I asked if we could change saddles because it is much more difficult to control the horse without stirrups not mention much less comfortable. At this, the owner became visibly frustrated and started taking her frustration out on us and the horses. She raised her voice at us and slapped one of the horses next to her as she prepared to switch my daughter to a different horse. It got so uncomfortable for everyone that I dismounted my horse and asked to speak with the owner in private. I asked her to control her frustrations and understand that she’s dealing with kids and that it is her job to make sure everyone is properly fitted the their saddle. As we walked back over to the group, my daughter was crying. I made the owner apologize to my daughter but by this time it was too late. My daughter was beside herself and wanted nothing to do with the owner or the horseback ride. My daughter loves riding and had been looking forward to this for weeks. This owner ruined that experience with her lack of patience, poor personal skills, and her incredible level of rudeness. She refunded our money quickly because another group was showing up and she was obviously worried that we would make a big deal about it in front of her other customers. This was a huge disappointment and the owner was so inept and handling the situation that I was having to coach her on how to deal with the situation. Had she been a little less rude and a little more concerned about her customers, this could have been salvaged. I never leave reviews but this was too much. She has a great place and this could be a great experience. Just watch that the owner isn’t having a bad day. She’ll take it out on you.
