This was an amazing tour and I can't say highly enough about our tour guide Bobby. He was engaging and very knowledgeable about the area. He was open to our questions and shared a lot of wisdom about not only his people but their history and the areas history. He showed us some far away places that we couldn't have seen without having a tour and he tried to keep us away from the large crowds which was much appreciated. It's truly worth a guided trip to see monument valley, and this organization should get your business for that!

Totally exceeded our expectations! Please, if you go to Monument Valley, you HAVE to book a tour, if not, you will not see nearly the sights you do if you drive the loop. I really don't know where to start because everything about this experience was perfect in every way. I guess I should start with our tour guide - Duffy Holiday. From the minute we met him in The View Hotel lobby, until the end of the tour, we knew we were in great hands with a man who's passion for his heritage shined brightly! It was just my wife and I on the tour, so we felt Blessed that we had Duffy all to ourselves. He was engaging, funny and passionate. He told us some amazing stories of the people and the land and the connection between them. His knowledge was immense and we felt a connection. He gave us history lessons on the people, the rock formations, the Navajo language and the plants. He showed us how the formations were created, how to make paint brushes from plants and even how to use our cell phone cameras to take better photos! The tour was simply amazing. To see things up close, to hear the stories, to feel the connection to the land was a Blessing. We left feeling a sense of being a part of something we had never experienced before. We are grateful that we had this chance to become a small part of the Navajo community for a day - and thankful that Duffy was such an amazing guide!

While visitors can drive the main valley loop on their own with general admission to the reservation, it really pays to have a local Navajo guide take you further into tribal land and explain the history and geology of the area. Monument Valley Safari did a great job, with guide Duffy taking us on a sunset tour that included the Mittens, John Ford’s Point, the Three Sisters, Totem Pole and YeiBiChei spires, and the Big Hogan, Ear of the Wind, and Sun’s Eye arches. The tour also included a yarn-spinning and weaving demonstration at a hogan and a double-flute performance.

I would like to give them 10 star if possible. Glad I booked the guided tour feom them. It was a 3.5hrs tour and we never felt bored. Our tour guide was Don, he was super knowledgeable and helpful. He not only explained the details of the historical significance of the place, but explained how this place was made. He created a small arch, butte with sand and water to expalin the phenomenon. It was so amazing. He also helped us to identify the most photographic spots, camera settings and also took some amazing pictures of us. The car was good and had plenty of shade to avoid the scorching heat. I would highly recommend Monument Valley Safari if you are planning to take a guided tour to explore this amazing place.

Would of given it 5 stars if things went smoother when we first got there when we were trying to figure out where to meet our tour guide. But our tour guide was great though, very knowledgeable and personable. Felt like we were the first group at each stop so got to take some great pictures.
