  • I highly recommend everyone to return the visit to Monument Valley to visit this small but interesting Museum. It is located on the ground floor of what was once the home of Harry Goulding who was a pioneer in making known to the American cinema those places as a possible setting for Westerns. In the Museum there are interesting artifacts Navajo, beautiful photos of natives, photos of famous actors. Great view from the terrace of the Museum. Not to be missed.

  • tiny cramp and full of old western memorabilia - , nice touch of running John Wayne movies on several screens - and the walls did the job of describing old photos and letters written by John Ford and ...  more »
  • It is amazing what the Gouldings did here years ago and the information on the many movies that have been filmed here was extremely interesting.

  • We had a 10 day road trip and this was one of my favorite places we stayed. The hotel had a gift shop, fitness facilities, a delicious restaurant (we ate there twice - try the Navajo tacos!!!), a theater showing old western films, a museum, and of course, Monument Valley just a hop, skip, and jump away. Wonderful hotel. Definitely staying here again for future trips. I can't believe this is the first review. I loved it here.
  • We loved this Hotel and the People working there! Nice pool!
