  • Great museum and dedication to Hank! We enjoyed looking at all the artifacts and learning new things.  more »
  • Small museum in downtown Montgomery which has easy parking access unless local event running. The museum is one of the best I have seen--- it is packed with extensive details of Hank's life and some g...  more »
  • This was well worth the time and money spent. Anyone that would rate this less than 5 stars can't be a Hank Williams fan. I learned that Hank also played a fiddle, and of his connection to Tammy Wynet...  more »

  • They have the actual car Hank Williams died in. Hank jr. Drove the car three years of his high school days. Until they had it restored in 1985. Would of been nice if I could have gotten a picture of it but no cameras allowed in the museum.
  • Loved it. The staff is wonderful. Answers all your questions..
  • It was not a place for the modern mind. The sad looking Native American statue by the entrance was off-putting to start with. The music was okay, but just a standing look from the doorway shows you unenthusiastic elderly workers, zero organization, a $10 per adult price sticker, being ignored, a guy smoking behind a pole trying not to be seen, and disgrace to the man that they are suppose to be representing. I feel like this place could be cooler if only someone cared. Oh! $5 per child entrance fee as well. I don't have children, I just noticed that on the sign. And no cameras or phone pics. Must turn-in at desk! I walked back out and went to enjoy a beautiful walk along the Riverfront. The wifi was a bit weak for awhile out there, but made for a truly beautiful Pokemon Go adventure.
  • Just to see the car was awesome but the people were very nice too
  • It is rare these days to find unique and authentic places in the world.....it seems everything is corporate this, and franchised that. A museum built by the love of the arts and run by a family for the love of the creator. Soak up the authenticity and the history.
