  • I need to update my post!. I called back and spoke with a Manager at Wind Creek Montgomery and explained my situation. The Manager's name slips me at the moment but she was very courteous and understood my frustration and went the distance to rectify the situation. Had I just let it go I would have missed out on a great time. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Wind Creek Montgomery and we even won on our favorite slots!. We had a great time and would definitely be going back again. What started out as a horrible experience turned out to be a great memory. By the way, the rooms are extremely luxurious. The bed was comfortable and we were in room 335. My husband paints and is very much into art. The art work on the wall accented the decor perfectly and the ambiance of the whole casino was great. I will be returning and soon.
  • Ok casino, never won anything. Go often but very very stingy on comps and freeplay compared to Harrahs Cherokee and Harrahs Biloxi who reward with good comps and freeplay, to include free hotel stay. Both my husband and myself are frequent player but can never get a free hotel stay or at a good discounted rate. They want $199 per night, after we spend an average of $600 to$700 on slots. They also need a better cafeteria with better selection on the menu .
  • My sister and I were there for two nights after spending a night at Wetumpka, the room was lovely but the second night their was a problem with the air conditioning, so we had to move to another room. This room was very nice as well, but in all the confusion I left a brand new blouse in the closet and didn't realize it until after we had checked out and were on our way home. I called aND was told that they had it, but could not mail it to me, and that they would only keep it for seven days. Most hotels gladly send you anything that you have left. I would even pay for it just to get it back. MY seven days are not up yet, but I live four hours away. You should add this service to your customer service. If not, people check, check and check to make sure you have everything or you can forget about seeing it again.
  • My Sister, and I checked in on our Birthday! Staff was 5*****, Room was Amazing!! They had a Birthday card on the beds for each of us. The had Birthday balloons all over the room!! We were pleased all the way around!! Be back Soon!!
  • At the suggestion of my sister, we decided to accompany a few friends for a day trip to have a little fun. Well, en route, the party decides to get rooms, no problem. I call, was advised of the rate, told we had a room, gave my credit card number to Tyrek. After he secures my demographic information, he says "I'm good to go", and then says "someone took the room." I'm confused, you took my credit card, advised me I had a room, now I don't? Not only is that confusing, but that's not how you conduct business with new patrons. I asked for the manager, Amber, she wasn't much help. She did, however, provide ample excuses. When questioned regarding the collection of the credit card information. She advised me "we just added it to your profile. " She didn't try to find us a room, didn't apologize, just stated that "all the rooms were gone ." So is the party of six moving forward, we will simply keep it moving. Lack of customer service is evident with guest relations when securing a room. Take my advice, don't waste your time or money at this property. As promised, I advised Amber I would leave my sentiments for her viewing.
