  • Good layout, lovely greens. Fairways had been spiked, but we were advised of this, so it was OK. However, we teed off after a five-some who held us up all the way round. I cannot understand why a Pebb...  more »
  • My fiancĂ© and I scored a really good price and tee time on the GolfNow App. This was our first time playing this course. The Pro Shop and Clubhouse were both nice. I really enjoyed the coleslaw there ...  more »
  • Historic public golf course (built in 1897)...easy to get to and although there aren't any spectacular bay views it still is a fun course and worthy of your time.

  • Good condition vs last year. Been coming here for three years now and the staff are always awesome. Food and beverage service is great too with friendly service all round. Remember keep the ball below the hole or you'll have a three putt.
  • Great history but only the fairways and greens are actually green. Everything off the fairway was dry and dead. Visually, looked terrible.
  • The oldest golf course west of the Mississippi. Must play course in Monterey.
  • I had been told by other golfers that Del Monte was nothing special but I had to check it off my Monterey bucket list because of it's history. In short I'm sorry I did. After forking over $85 to play I was greeted with a course that was comparable to a bad municipal track in Russia. Skip this one and play Black Horse or Bayonet.
  • It's a nice course, well kept and much easier and shorter than its sister courses part of Pebble Beach. I think the other courses are nicer but this one is easier and cheaper, nice course overall.
