  • Great stuff but expensive. Employees are not really excited or interested in customers. Sometimes you ask yourself how do they collect these rocks, minerals or meteorites.  more »

  • This place is a real gem (see what I did there?) I spent well over an hour just digging through stuff and I could have spent all day there. They have a wide range of rocks, minerals, and fossils of pretty much every level of quality and price point. Highly recommend--definitely worth a visit.
  • This was the super fun place to visit. They had all kinds of rocks that were very reasonably priced. For kids they have a free dinosaur fossil you can get you just have to ask the front desk. They have cute little dinosaur tracks he follow to the back of the store and they get to pick out a little fossil with an explanation card on it.
  • Employees are helpful, some rock and mineral examples are overpriced. There is a wonderful variety of rock, mineral fossils and a few remnants of settlers many years ago. Outside you'll find large petrified wood samples and even more rocks. Not a bad place. Just a little just stinky. This place could do better by having a nice new shop ---presented and displayed right, advertising will increases sales. Really I just want more room and more descriptions and something to drink I would have stayed longer but my kids overruled my desire to dig through bins of rocks and brush by stinky people.
  • Amazing selection/collection of rocks! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Feels almost like going through a rock museum! My family is full of rockhounds and we are impressed! Highly recommend.
  • This was our last stop before heading home and ended up being one of the best parts of the trip. The outside part of the store has lots of interesting rocks classified and very reasonably priced including geodes and fossils. The inside is the real gem though. Many more polished, literally, pieces await. These include everything from stone to gems to metal. Petrified wood and fossils included. It's densely packed but easily navigable and don't forget to look up while you're inside.
