Where to stay in Moab

For affordable accommodations away from tourist crowds, stay outside Moab's busy downtown. Many inns in this area offer free shuttle services to the central part of town, allowing you quick and easy access to Moab's finest shops and restaurants. If you do not plan to spend much time in your room, consider staying at a budget-friendly motel or hostel. For the ultimate in outdoorsy options, campgrounds inside the area's national parks make up what they lack in modern amenities with their panoramic views of the red desert.

  • This winery is located in a gorgeous setting along the Colorado river. Their staff are fun and knowledgeable. We tried 3 reds and 3 whites. All were good. Took home a case. They have interesting gift ...  more »
  • We were surprised to find that wine was produced in Utah. The tasting room personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. We enjoyed the Chardonnay and the Monument Red.  more »

  • Love this winery.. have been here many times over the years and just love it. Award winning wines and a rustic atmosphere - views that you cant even imagine exist! Char in the winery is awesome and will walk you through the reds and the whites. Simply a must-stop for travelers that love wine!
  • Beautiful scenery but not worth the drive. The employees were very rude and the wine is not great. There is a patio with seating but you are not able to open a bottle or have a glass on the premises. They do offer a tasting for $1 but it is not a great experience. I do not recommend this place.
  • Excellent local winery! They offer tastings. Cool little boutique too.
  • Delicious wine and very reasonably priced. View was even better.
  • Such a nice gem tucked away deep in the canyon, on the river. Worth the drive and lots of nice wines to select from!
