Where to stay in Moab

For affordable accommodations away from tourist crowds, stay outside Moab's busy downtown. Many inns in this area offer free shuttle services to the central part of town, allowing you quick and easy access to Moab's finest shops and restaurants. If you do not plan to spend much time in your room, consider staying at a budget-friendly motel or hostel. For the ultimate in outdoorsy options, campgrounds inside the area's national parks make up what they lack in modern amenities with their panoramic views of the red desert.

  • We were told about this place by a previous traveler and decided to check it out on a hot day. It was very interesting. The tour was short, just over 10 minutes, but interesting. I think the price was...  more »

  • Upon a good bicycle tour we hit that place. On that place is a decent on the road. So, don't miss it! Nice environment. Good scenic views. Worse to go!
  • Not open until 9 so for those persons who like to utilize daylight it is probably best if you visit in February. Plus it costs a lot to go in.
  • An odd experience. its a 1500 sqft home built into the crevas of a large rock formation. They have a petting zoo and tours of the home.
  • Neat place. Tour is cheap. The zoo and Kramer are awesome. You will meet Kramer if you go
  • Kitschy. Random. Tourist trap. But a fun stop on the way to other places.
