  • We were told about the foundation from a local business owner. Great displays of wildlife. Very educational. Has several Elk displays and the region of the west they came from. Very educational.

  • This is a MUST GO TO place when you visit the Missoula Montana area. You get to see some real Boone & Crockett head mounts of some great trophy elk and you can see a mountain lion, beaver, skunk, birds of prey, beaver, dear, moose and on and on. Yes they are stuffed (taxidermy head mounts) but you get to see them up close and personal. Great gift shop, great employees and there's a free theater where they show nature shows and hunting techniques. For someone who isn't able to get up close and personal it's a great place.
  • Everyone in the visitor center was very helpful and informative, willing to explain the displays and talk about local conservation efforts. Also, the hall of fame of elk mounts was exciting to walk through
