  • If you appreciate art and/or history, this is a good place to visit periodically because, their exhibits change every now and then with interesting historical tidbits along with the art. The gift shop on 2nd floor is a delightful treasure all of its own. Since I had the pleasure of visiting the museum with a friend who drove, don't know how easy it is to get there via the bus. But, there is on and off street parking available. Definitely a must-see.
  • This wonderful museum has some of the best exhibits I have ever seen! The paintings are amazing, there were many classics of Russian art that I immediately recognized, but to actually see them in front of me was so much more wonderful than a mere reproduction! The museum is very welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is well worth the small admission fee. I definitely plan on returning, hopefully many times. This is a must-see for anyone who loves art!
  • Located in an old Church, the Russian Museum of Art has rotating displays on three levels that are very interesting, as well as guided tours that are excellent. There's also a wonderful little gift shop inside. Currently, the exhibits include Faberge items, a Russian impressionist's paintings, and underground, dissident artwork. This museum is well worth spending time at.
  • Knock out installations! Intimate gallery viewing and informative guide staff. The shop is the best value in Minneapolis. Wise Acre just around the corner for dining. We had a wonderful afternoon.
  • Great galleries! A little small for the price but truly a great curation of Russian art. The modern Soviet art was unique and interesting.
