  • Beautiful historic building -- incredible interior finish. Outstanding short show capturing the Frankenstein story. Very informative / interactive electric science displays appropriate for all ages.  more »
  • This is a small science museum that has some interesting exhibits. It is a fun way to fill and hour or two if you are with kids or a kid-at-heart.  more »
  • I brought my then 6 year old son here once. He loved the interactivity of the museum as well as the exhibits about sound.  more »

  • I highly recommend checking out the Bakken Museum. I took my wife and 2 kids there recently and it was a great visit. They do a great job and teaching about electricity through providing hands on experiments that any age can enjoy. The staff was very friendly and took a lot of time with our kids to help show and teach them about the exhibits in the museum.
  • This is a nice museum around Lake Calhoun. I am unaware of the hours it is open for the public. I prefer the history of the house rather than the scientific stuff.
  • Really fun place to learn about electricity. Also, don't forget to buy a jar of their honey, they have their own bee hives and it tastes awesome!
  • Wonderful museum where we can learn the electricity in the way it was invented and used in the olden days.. Totally enjoyed.
  • A great fun little museum. Lot of fun activities for families. Not well positioned for teens, young adults, or adults - extremely family driven.
