  • We paid $1.50 to park in the lot. Beers at the East Lake Breery were $3.00 for 6oz. & up to $7. for large beers. It was a fun FULL bar on this Fri. evening with outdoor seating. At the La Toma Tamales...  read more »

  • I don't visit St. Paul MN often but every time I do I definitely make the trip out to the Global Market. The shopping options and food choices are second to none. Also they have open vendor shop days with unique arts and crafts by local craftsman. Have found some outstanding works of art, toys and gifts that I've never seen elsewhere. Always happy to drop by to see what's new at this place.
  • I love the Midtown Global Market! So many flavors, so many options, so many shops. It can be a bit overwhelming for your first visit, so either go in with someone who's already familiar and can guide you, OR really focus in on the one kind of cuisine you're looking for and find that, OR be prepared to wander and explore the whole place! And actually, I definitely recommend walking around the entire market at least once--there are some out of the way corners that have gems like Korean food, Latino markets, and tortas hidden around. Check it out, you're guaranteed to find something you like!
  • I love midtown, however today's experience was humiliating. I had planned on going to Holy Land deli and having the Sheiks vegetation meal for two, then shopping for groceries at the marketplace. I was refused entry however because I was wearing a Minnesota Nurses Association t-shirt and appearently the building owners decided that the wishes of their tennent Alliana Health outweigh that of the public or other smaller businesses.
  • This is such a cool market! You must come here! I wish I'd had longer to try all the different options. Everything looked so good! My favorite from my visit was Taco Cat. Their veggie taco was divine, and I'm not a vegetarian. Check this place out! You will be overwhelmed with its awesomeness! There is also a Marta stop and a Nice Ride station right here, and it's right off the greenway.
  • Wow .. never thought such a place existed in MN.... African , Italian , Indian , Mexican , middleeastern Jerusalem , Moroccan ... You name it it's here .. lots of international food joints , sweet shops , bar and wine tasting ,variety of flavours , art and collectibles is also available... A must visit ... Multi ethnic cuisine under same roof .. Global marker indeed ..
