  • The river has several small beaches, crystal-clear water and trails. Perfect for canoeing and fishing. Although our visit was in the winter, we want to return in the summer because it is a lovely walk with native forest, birds, areas for rest and pik-nik. Recommend.

  • It is the #1 most pristine river in Florida there and the kayaking and tubing is a blast. There are white sand beaches along the river to stop on and relax.😆 it's a great time for everyone of all ages, the river is not deep and you can see thru to the sandy bottom.
  • Spend the day away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You can rent a canoe or kayak and pick either an hour or several cruising with the current. Transportation is provided from a parking area to where your adventure begins. After your journey has finished, transportation is provided back to your vehicle.
  • Great experience. Owners are really nice and knowledgeable. Inexpensive and a great way to enjoy the water without having to go to the beach.
  • Lovely, quiet, freshwater beaches. Perfect for a little family time away from the hussle and bussle of pcola beaches. Not a single piece of trash on the beach. Clean, well kept pavillions and outdoor showering areas are a great plus!
  • This was one of the cleanest state parks in Florida that I have had the opportunity to visit. The river in the park is absolutely very gorgeous and refreshing. I would encourage everyone to make a visit here.
