Cincinnati Nature Center Reviews
We hiked the Wildflower and Fernwood Trails, total just under 3 miles. The Wildflower Trail is easy, the Fernwood, more up and down and less gravel. The Nature Center itself is well worth a half hour ... more »

We attended an outdoor wedding here in late September. What a beautiful venue! The outdoor area was under cover, so no problem with excess sun, and there were clear plastic walls that the staff used l... more »
This is such a beautiful place. There are many trails available, with a handy guide to let you know their difficulty, and each offers its own unique sites and experiences. There is something new to see every time you visit. Great for hiking with your dog and there is a kids area that is a perfect closed space for little ones to get up close& interact with nature. I've been visiting regularly for almost a decade and even had my wedding here. It is quite simply one of the most wonderful natural spaces in this area.
Extremely well maintained trails for all capabilities. There are lovely boardwalk paths by the central pond that you can feed fish and turtles food pellets bought at the visitor center - quite fun for kids. While there are trails that you can take a stroller on I'd suggest carrying baby in a carrier for a better experience and access to more trails. There is a fee per person for entry: more than i'd expect for a park - however the trails do reflect the investment and most things are pay-to-play in this region.
Peaceful and relaxing--it's one of my favorite places in the area. I do wish membership meant I didn't have to pay additional for so many of the events and activities that take place there. In the past, things like the Frog Foray, Salamander Hike, and Firefly Hike were free to members.
Great place to walk your dog. Plenty of challenging trails. Clean beautiful area. Love the bird watch huts.
Great trails! Great commitment to conservation. Great talks and other special events. Highly recommend checking it out.
