Uptown Alley Reviews
We are from NoVA and first time for me to go to a huge bowling alley, bar, restaurant, billard and game place for the whole family. It also has a huge indoor and nice outdoor patio. Guaranteed a hang ... more »
Went here with a group from work. We had a blast with the upstairs (21+) bowling. The food was very good for a bowling alley (though a bit "bar fare" type options). Very large portions and decent pric... more »
Definitely a cut above your typical bowling area, this has an exciting energy and party atmosphere. It is fun for all ages, and a nice place to listen to music with friends. Great family atmosphere al... more »
The food is good and so are the drinks (not watered down) but they are a bit pricey. Our waitress was rude but the overall staff was nice. I've been there multiple times and had no problems but this time, when it came to resetting the pins, it kept messing up which messed up the score. It was frustrating. They have fun games. We enjoyed ourselves for Father's Day.
Love listening to the live music. Servers for the tables has gotten better but still need improvements. Food orders not completed when food is delivered. The service in bar area is awful when live bands are there even when not crowded. Bathrooms sinks don't work half the time, no soap and paper towels.
This is a great fun family friendly atmosphere during the day with bowling, and arcade for the kids , and food and drinks for adults. They do offer a nice kid menu and all the food I've tried is delicious. During the weekends after about 9 p.m. is when the family time usually ends and the adults gather for live music and entertainment. There is a fun upbeat atmosphere especially when there are live bands playing. Great during the weekday in the early afternoon if you want a quiet outing with children or family.
I enjoy my weekly Tuesday night bowling with the family! Only thing is I've experienced slow service with the food a couple of times! The food is good, employees are always pleasant! Great place to take the family!
Good place but really far from Richmond main area. I felt gen balls were very old. Despite, the place is rich looking and good for office get togethers. Have lots of games and they do good food.
