  • We called ahead and had no trouble with 25 people visiting and getting our ice cream. Yes, there was a line, but they were very well organized and ready for us. Ice cream was delicious. Great end to a...  more »
  • It's worth seeking this place out, either if you're looking for some quick and really good tasting ice cream or if you're interested in seeing a working farm. It is quite legitimate. These guys aren't...  more »
  • The creamery not only sells great ice cream, but also milk and other dairy products. The prices are reasonable and a great treat on a hot summer's day after a motorcycle ride.  more »

  • Made for an enjoyable Sunday afternoon with the family. This family business opens up the barns and lets everyone help feed the calfs at 4 pm. Best ice cream and milk around. Remember- all glass bottles have a bottle deposit fee but large cups of milk are sold in the store. Freshest milk in the land. We will definitely visit on our next pass through.
  • Their ice cream is amazing and one can taste the freshness in every scoop. I enjoyed their friendly and polite service. I will definitely comeback for more!
  • Ice cream was great. The ladies in the little shop where you make you're purchase was very friendly. Kids enjoyed seeing the cows be milked. Milking there wasn't like it was when I helped my dad and grand dad milk. All the kids and grandchildren had a great time.
  • Prior to South Mountain Creamery I was unable to drink any lactose products. Shortly after learning that South Mountain Creamery does not include all the "extra" unnecessary additives in our dairy products that big milk company's include; I was curious to try their dairy products. After trying their products over and over I can honestly say, that even though I'am lactose intolerant, South Mountain Creamery's milk does not affect me. That's the difference between receiving a true full grade A product with no unnecessarily added additives and watered down milk that you pick up at giant or Walmart. The supreme quality of their products is amazing. I would recommend anyone who is lactose intolerant to try their products. Once you try their milk you will notice how watered down grocery store milk is. The best part is their home delivery. There's nothing better than waking up in the morning to find a fresh bottle of milk at your door steps. Now I just can't get enough.
  • It was great fun for the kids to be able to bottle feed the baby cows, and the fresh ice cream was amazing! While it is nice of them to have the playground equipment and ride-on-toys there, many of the cars and bikes are way past their prime, in poor working order, and need refreshing. It's a beautiful drive to the farm, and the kids had a blast.
