  • If you would like a better view from above of Miamisburg then I suggest you take a stop. Not a place to do a whole lot unless you would like to picnic and throw a football around. Family friendly and ...  read more »

  • I have been wanting to go to the mound since I first moved to the dayton area. When I did get there it seemed smaller than I thought it was going to be it was a great trip though my mother and I climb...  read more »
  • This was a wonderful little pice of history I found! This area has 2 playground sections, picnic tables, restrooms, and tons of space to run around and play! The Indian burial ground itself was about 3 stories high (I do believe...I'm not good at estimating height sometimes so don't quote me!!) And had a really cool view from the top. This place has 2 pokestop and a Gym for the Mobile game Pokemon Go, as well. :)
  • Great place to visit. Historical, great Indian mound. Clean, family fun. Well maintained and highly recommended.
  • The black and white photo was taken in the 1940's before color plotography was available. . Note the trees and no fence back then. I was born on Linden Ave and would cut across the fields to the Golf course when I was in High School.. We had many picnics at the Mound when I was a child.
  • This park is home to many family reunions and church picnics. The park offers two play areas, two coverd shelters for parties, indoor restrooms, and a beautiful mound to walk up and view the city once you get to the top.
