  • Great experience. The best range of vehicles and history that I have seen. Vehicles are presented in stunning condition as well as the sets of the barbers shop , the car service station etc. Great for...  more »
  • From a 13 year olds perspective, the children’s museum was average fun, paying 40$ for me, my brother and my mom. I would definitely say that the museum is for kids of ages 3-10 years old, since if yo...  more »
  • After having visited many parks, one expects a bit more than organization after paying $ 100 for a family for these 2 hours. There is at least one "student" in each environment that explains your children a little about your environment. It is now a "moneymaker" in where you have to pay by attractions like climbing a wall by USD 3. Also you must pay in advance for parking.

  • This is a great place for kids to come explore and play. There are many exhibits for kids to see and challenge their minds. We came on a particularly busy day. The kids loved the excitement and noise but it wasn't easy on the adults. As busy as it was the kids were still able to experience everything and enjoy their time. Residents get a discount so i suggest bringing a local.
  • I asked my daughter to give me her review of the place because we went there for her and she told me I was the best dad ever for bringing her there. The museum is incredible and was able to capture the attention of my daughter and make her excited to learn new things. This place has my full blessing and I recommend this to everyone.
  • Great place to bring your children on a dull day. I read most of the other reviews too; here’s mine. I’m not too sure why they call it a museum. It’s actually deplorable how they have Publix, Bank of America and some Private hospital sponsoring it and we must pay. If it’s intention is to teach children to open a bank account at Bank of America and to only shop at Publix, and to only go to that private hospital, then they’re doing their job; but please don’t charge us. They also charge tourists more which again doesn’t make sense. Not trying to be bitter here; it’s the way it is. I’m all for education; just not to take advantage of young impressionable minds. Again go, I did rate it a 3.
  • What a great facility and clean to boot! We visited Florida last year and have 4 kids under the age of 7. We had a blast and so did the kids ;). Cool interactive stations and even a slide!
  • Don't listen to bad reviews. You gotta be beyond stuck up and unsatisfied in general if you don't love this place. It was amazing!!! I went for the free Friday, but now I desperately want a membership. So what's up 🎅 Santa? Had a blast.

Where to stay in Miami

Miami's South Beach boasts one of the largest collections of boutique hotels in the country. Though it can be quite expensive, staying in this area ensures proximity to the city's best shoreline, clubs, shopping, and restaurants, not to mention Art Deco buildings. Mid-Beach and downtown also make great places to stay, offering some superb apartment rentals and small hotels, though the neighborhoods are not as glamorous as South Beach. If you're traveling on a budget, avoid the high season during winter months. If money is no object, get a room with a view before it gets too hot along the famous stretch of Collins Avenue between 15th and 23rd Street.
