Fuimos temprano y no había mucha gente. Los chicos jugaron tranquilos y cuidados por los miles de bañeros que habían en cada uno de los toboganes. Lo malo es que no te dejan entrar comida y adentro te... read more »We went early and there were not many people. The boys played calm and care for the thousands of lifeguards that they had in each of the slides. The bad thing is that they do not let you enter food and in selling you only junk food, but hey... Due to lack of parasols and/or trees we had to leave at noon.show original

They do not allow you to bring any food, water or snacks into the water park. They only have one concession stand to buy food at the park. You can imagine you packed it gets during lunch time. Then, to top it off, the people making and serving the food are very rude. They ran out of burgers, chicken tenders and fries which basically was their whole menu. When asked when they would have more chicken tenders the lady said "I don't know!" We left hungry...... They need to have various concessions and have more food options. Will never go back for this reason alone!
The really bad thing about this place is the food it's way over priced 10 dollars for one hotdog and some fries it doesn't even come with a drink. The water areas aren't that clean and they do not have enough life guards. I was swimming and all of a sudden I had a huge hairball on my hand. There was a dead frog in the lazy river. I told someone who works there and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then the little kid area was crowded and they only had one water slide open the other one was closed because they didn't have enough lifeguards so my daughter had to wait in a huge line just to go down the slide. This place was awesome to go to when they first opened now it sucks.
My son got injured so bad somebody pushed the gate really hard and then my sons toenail was bleeding and then my sons counculer went to the lifeguard with him my son nows hate that park because of the gate. my son is in after school care hes 10 years old and now injured now ill never let him go on after school care waterpark field trip again.:(
We celebrated our son's 5th birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and very helpful and the snack shop manager even kept our cake in their cooler until it was time to blow the candles! It was all fun from start to finish and we will certainly be returning for many more great times!
The park is good, but the Rules are stupid they require 48" for little slides , last year minumun hieght was less and it was perfect, but now have stupid new manager who put height same as dangegerous rides at Rapids, please those children 6 years are not babies and do not all reach 48 inches, try to imprpve the experience of your patrons. Really Sucks in management and rules!!!!!!
