  • Ideal for an afternoon or a stroll quiet, unlike classic malls in Miami. Its can be accessed with the tourist bus.

  • While it is in remodelling and there is good parking, promenade seems very abandoned, without the movement of other times.

  • It could be a beautiful place if all its stores were operating. Most are abandoned premises or mediocre stores. The only decent is GAP.

  • Just drove up from Key Largo to check this place out and its completely empty. Unless you want a burrito or a cup of Starbucks coffee. Every store we walked by was empty. We left quickly enough that we didn’t have to pay for parking.
  • Depressing. Lots of vacant storefronts. Too cutsey to ever really fit in with the rest of charming Coconut Grove. Good location. Good luck getting tenants.
  • I can say that This mall needs attention! theres a lot of store there that move out or as well as they move several times in the same area. Some stores did not open at the established time. Now that the mall is under construction the situation become worse, since there just a few business in there. I hope this mall return as the same it was from the beginning .
  • If you're looking for a lively, animated, no-hassle mall, this place isn't for you. Go to Dolphin mall, Dadeland, Sawgrass. Many more decent choices than coming here, the place practically looks like a ghost town.
  • Overpriced tourist trap. They do have a theater and covered parking. Place is good for tourists who don't know better, kids who don't get out much, or college students that like to practice being obnoxious. Sad, it has potential, or did.
