  • Any time of year, this park is an oasis with a variety of birdlife up close and personal. There are large numbers of atypical park birds that have taken up residence which is unique. Typically these b...  more »
  • I believe this park is one of the best in or around the city. Carousel, shelters with bbq pits, bird sanctuary, beautiful pond, splash park, soccer filed, and snack store.

  • This is a beautiful park with tons of places to go for some quiet time. I've taken prayer walks and had some quiet reading time by the water. The shade is great and there is always a breeze. It's clean and full of life. I love this place
  • Good size park. Good place to get some fresh air, enjoy a stroll, the animals are fun to watch. There is a bunny I like. I would have given five stars if people had not been feeding the ducks within the picnic area. That turns out quite unpleasant. Please, if you must feed the ducks, do so at waters edge, away from the picnic tables.
  • Love this park. Very family friendly. They have a walking path, nice wooden bridge to walk along to see the ducks, swans, turtles, rabbits sometimes, and all kinds of other animals. Great for excercising, relaxing, or sports . Even for parties you can rent a kiosk with tables.
  • Great place for fresh air and exercise. Lots of birds and other animals to check out too. Depending on the time of year there is also plenty of blooming trees to sit under and read a book.
  • Great place to take the family. There is a walking/running track around the perimeter thay winds through the park. Multiple soccer fields, Frisbee golf, and softball diamonds. The lakes offer fishing and lots of ducks and geese to feed! One of the gems of the city
