  • We recently drove through the park. There are quite a few scenic turnouts and seems to have a decent amount of camping spots.
  • Nice outdoor range. Must visit if you are into these things and in the area. Avoid mid-day during summer months (there is shade but still gets really hot). Best place to shot outdoors in the winter months.
  • Good for trail riding, running, or walking. Good for dog walking as well as many of the trails are wide and well maintained.
  • A favorite of mine if your looking for a well run government controlled hiking trail. The Wind Cave trail is a must at least once. If you're looking for more of a challenge and some breath taking scenery go on the 7+ mile Mt. Pass Trail. Amazing views once you get about 2.5 miles in. Bring at least 2 litres of water if cool outside. Hotter weather I'd double that.
  • I visit the park from Indiana at least once per year. The park is beautiful and well-maintained. Everyone who I've met who works here is very helpful and friendly. Visiting the park is always a highlight to my year.
  • Great park. Trails for all conditions. I like Pass mountain! It's considered advance for mountain biking. Friendly park rangers and staff
