  • I live a few blocks away from this Park. The Park is always clean, green and well maintained. I enjoy walking here because the paths are quite wide. the biggest negative of this park is the lack of sh...  read more »
  • We were short on time and wanted to take a short walk. We were just across the street when we spotted the entrance. Due to the heat we made it a very quick walk but got to see quite a bit of the park,...  read more »
  • This is an excellent medium-sized park, with a fun area for kids, lots of space for walking the dogs, some fishing in the morning or evening, and close to the Cubs spring training facility. Usually a ...  read more »
  • Extremely popular park for families. Great evening atmosphere for a romantic walk. US Holidays make the park crowded as families come to BBQ and let their children run around the playground. Climb the "green monster" to get a great view of the valley without having to hike up a hill.
  • Unfortunately the park/playground has been trashed by the locals. There is poop smeared in the bathroom and condoms on the ground. Most of the playground rides are broken or over run by delinquent teenagers. Police are here often due to fights and drugs. We took our 5 year old daughter and a man in is late teens early 20's was intoxicated. He took my daughter off the swing and she started screaming, I asked him not to touch her and he pulled out a knife. Needless to say, the cops came with the ghetto bird and all. He is now in jail. Stay away from the park, enjoy the Cubs stadium instead.
  • Love this park to spend time with my family. My young son enjoys the variety and stays entertained much longer than on smaller play equipment. The rest of the park includes fishing, large grassy fields for soccer, friendly walkable paths, and nearby shopping and the Cubs spring training facilities. Lot of joggers are out and about since the park improvement. It has done a lot for the area.
  • This park is incredible! The playground's are great. It has a splash playground for kids and several unique climbing areas for every age, adults, teens and kids. Love it!
  • Ever since the Cubs renovated this park. It has been really awesome. It is well kept and maintained. There is a brand new Jungle Gym play area for the kids but I have never really spent much time on that part of the park. The lake is stocked with Trout, Bluegill and Catfish throughout the year by Arizona Fish and Game. The lake is my favorite part as I come here in the evening to catch catfish!
