  • Love Bass Pro Shop. Anything you could possibly need they have it and then some and at a great price. The store is very clean very organized and staff very friendly, full of knowledge when it cones too their products and ready to help. Very high quality products without paying super high pricing. Super fun store.
  • Ridiculously slow service. Waited 15 minutes for the staff to locate a sale priced item that they were not interested in finding for me. They just quit looking and I had to press them. Finally someone checked and there were 12 of the items I was looking for in the back. Then there were only two check out lines when I was leaving, both with a long waiting line. After waiting approximately 10 minutes in line, a staff member came to open another register. Instead of taking the people who had been waiting the longest, he called the people who had just arrived at the back of the line over to be first in line at the third register. It was a very frustrating experience overall.
  • I had never been here before until recently and WOW. This place is an experience that reminds me of Disneyland. The building's architecture is gorgeous inside and out, they have all sorts of fun stuff to see inside like huge fish tanks and a shooting gallery game. Their product selection is massive and you'll probably find what you're looking for. They have a fudge shop too which everyone was talking about so I gave it a try. They make it fresh right in the store. It was one of the best pieces of fudge I've ever had!
  • I shop here a lot, I am a gold member. It is a great store for gear. However, on father's day we went to their free fishing event with our 4 year old son. We got in line at Noon and waited for 2 hours watching several people's kids fish for A LONG time until they finally caught one. However, we had been out there for all of 8 minutes when the woman came up to me and said "ok, you guys are done. You guys are done fishing". I thought it was a joke or that she was going to try and assist (as we had seen several families who were assisted until their kids caught a fish). It was a horrible experience and it really made my son associate fishing with standing in line for 2 hours and getting no actual fun. Thank God I know how and where to REALLY fish. This will be the last Bass Pro shop event my family partakes in.
  • One of the items I brought to check out was missing it's tag. It was identical to another item I had except for color and size but rang up at the wrong price. Clerk called dept but couldn't get info. I walked back pulled off identical pcs but different size with price and took picture of sales posting. Returned to checkout and clerk kept trying to get mngr. He walked right passed her, ignoring us. She chased him down, brought him back. He looked at items, looked at the pic I had taken and in not such a friendly voice said the item hadn't been on sale for a month but was going to give us the price anyway. I think his male bun was wrapped to tight which is why he treated us that way. If he was an employee of mine and treated customers that way he would be looking for a new job.
