  • Bass Pro Shop Outdoor World is a store we visit when we are in Arizona. You find a good selection of camping, fishing, hunting supplies and clothing.
  • I used to work in the Bass Pro Shop in Denham Springs, LA. I really enjoyed that location as it had many things for everyone to enjoy from the pond to the restaurant. This location looked almost simil...  read more »
  • Fun place to take the boys. Lots of cool stuffed animals to look at. Great selection of firearms to look at. Employees were very friendly. Will go again.
  • My grandson loves it here and do do i. It's a fun destination especially on a hot day. Huge selection , knowledgeable staff and convenient under one roof shopping. The aquarium is awesome as is the taxidermy area. My wife lives the fudge. As for shopping it's my experience I can find better prices locally at mom and pop places and items in stock. But if you want to do all your shopping at once and like the cool factor, pay the extra amd enjoy it
  • Great selection and environment! The sales staff are not pushy and the establishment is VERY family friendly with both a snack bar and full restaurant, seasonal kids activities, and certain interest classes. Checkouts are a nightmare! I am a regular, going weekly with my son. Last time, I spent 15 minutes waiting in the checkout line which reached 11 people long before they called a "code 3". A "code 3" is when there are 3+ customers in line. I laughed at the bad comedy. In previous checkouts, when they DO open a new lane, they do not take the people that have been waiting the longest, they hand picked the customers that just walked up, leaving those that have been waiting to wait some more. I brought it up to a head cashier and she started an argument about it. Pick your short line times to leave. The store is clean. The restaurant has a full and quality food and drink menu. The firearms staff could be both more cordial and informed, don't ask for advice. Prices are generally above average with the occasional strong bargains on both exclusive items and high quality brands.
  • This place had everything including a great staff and it's exciting to even enter the store. This time I just needed a zipper repair kit. Good price and in and out in 8 minutes. Definitely a good place to take the kids as well.
  • Customer Service in the hunting area is absolutely terrible. I'm not one to write reviews or complain about things, but the past several times I've been here, it's been a pretty unpleasant experience. Recently bought a rifle through private sale and came in to get a scope for it. The emplyee Hugh, was extremely unprofessional, I waited for 30 minutes for him and then he started helping the person after me in line. After he finally got to me, he was very unknowledgeable, unable to give me an answer to most of my questions. My fiancé spoke with the manager and let him know about our experience, so he asked us to come back in and he would personally help us. We came back in, and he too, was not very knowledgeable about the products they have. After I made a decision on a scope I liked, he then told me he didn't have the correct rings to mount it on my Tikka T3 rifle. This process took about 2 hours, due to having to wait for a long time to be helped, then he told me he didn't have the proper rings. Went to Sportsmans Warehouse in Mesa, and was in and out of there in 30 minutes with them even mounting the scope on the gun for me. Needless to say, I will spend my money at Sportsmans Warehouse from now on. (and it costs $30.99 at SW for hornady precision hunter eldx .308 ammo. And costs $40.99 at bass pro)
  • Lots of fun even if you're not buying anything, I like to take my boys to see the fish and shoot at the little kiddie range. Their firearms Department isn't particularly impressive and they're shooting range is expensive and you have to schedule way ahead of time.
