Amazing Jake's, Mesa

We came to Arizona from Utah for Spring Break and found a groupon for this place. Our kids have been going strong for 5 hours and still begging us to stay longer. We got the unlimited pass and there are so many things to do! All the employees have been helpful and nice which we really appreciate with our 12 year old with special needs. The kids are loving the buffet as well and have been back several times...especially for the ice cream cones. This place is impressively clean and well run. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We got a deal on Groupon and it was very worth it. (I don't think we would pay full price) But the deal wad great, unlimited time on all the rides, some game tokens and unlimited buffet. The rides are fun and were working at all times, the games were reasonably priced and the pizza (that's all we ate) was actually pretty good. We didn't experience any problems with staff, they all seemed really friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, for example cleanliness and price.

We took our kids and had a wonderful time! Our 4 year old could go on rides, play arcade games, and there were bowling shoes his size. Their salad bar has the most variety I've seen anywhere and their pizza was pretty good! If you have a baby or toddler you may be interested to know there are shorty, toddler sized toilets and multiple changing stations in the bathroom. You could comfortably push a stroller around if you wanted or needed to, I think it would be fairly handicap accessible as well, though I cannot say for sure. It is expensive, but you get a lot for your money. Most of the arcade games were included, plus laser tage, unlimited rides, and bowling, and the buffet. We ended up spending 7 hours there! It was so fun, everything is nice and clean, and it was a place where the adults and the kids were having fun, not just one or the other.

Fun games for kids and adults... Nice that you are able to get ADULT drinks... BUT... The food is just ok ... Not the best buffet and the ice cream machine was broken and couldn't find anyone to help. A lot of the Kids are needing to learn manners.... They are running all over, taking cuts or just pushing in on food lines, games and rides. No parents to be seen or if they are there you wouldn't know.. Twice we had people/kids and adults cut in front of us. Not sure if that's the way things are done in their country/family but, not the way I was taught... Just rude people !! I don't think I will go back.. Not worth the frustration gotta be someplace better to have my kids birthday party..

Fun place, very clean, extremely loud and lots of flashing lights. We bought the unlimited pro pass for 4 people. Stayed about 5 hours. Played games, went on rides and went bowling.(socks $1.50, very reasonable) Buffet is well done and salad bar has excellent choices. We went in off-peak hours. There were not enough ride operators, but they rotated around. Big negative was the prize redemption store. The prices were way too high. The only way to get more tickets is to buy them in blocks of 1000 for $30. (Plastic handcuffs from the dollar store were 300 tickets, to give you an idea of redemption values) We have gone to many arcades and never had to buy extra points at such a high quantity or margin. This was the last thing we did before leaving so we kind left on a sour note. Still, a great way to spend the day overall.
