  • Amazing place to see various forms of water-powered woodworking equipment in action. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful place to learn about the history of early manufacturing in New York. Great for kids.
  • One of the only places to see water powered heavy machinery in operation. Will be back for live steam demos! Thanks for a great day!
  • Probably the most pleasant Saturday my wife and I have spent together in 25 years. Everyone who was helping out there so friendly and genuine. You can tell those people take incredible pride in their town. Very clean, organized, and a great history lesson. Thank you!!!
  • one of the coolest places in New York. History in the flesh. There was so much innovation in New York State between Albany and Buffalo - social, political and industrial in the nineteenth century. And of course the pure fantasy of Joseph Smith in the 1820s.
