  • Lots of stores. Lots of decent sales. Ok parking. Only complaint is that you must walk outside when going from store to store, and it is Western PA (so there's a good chance that the weather is going ...  more »
  • You can spend an entire weekend at this outlet mall. In fact, many people come from Canada for the weekend to shop. There are no taxes on clothes in Pennsylvania so that is a big draw for people from ...  more »

  • The prices are low. Most of the stuff is made in China so the prices should be even lower. If you like the brands you can save some money shopping here but you will be treated with suspicion as if you are a well known shoplifter. (This is for any shopper male or female, old or young, skin color doesn't matter... all shoppers are suspects until proven otherwise) The cashier at the register lied right to my face and told me that "Mall policy is that you have to take one of our bags when you buy stuff here." This was after I told her I wanted my purchases placed in my reusable cloth bag which was more than large enough to accommodate my purchases and after several other stores at the same shopping center had already willingly placed the items I purchased at their stores in my bag without a murmur of protest. This power hungry nitwit of a female cashier is not a benefit to the shopping center let alone the store at which she works. Following my experience at the VF Outlet I moved on to the Hagar Outlet and asked point blank about the ludicrous "Mall policy" against customers using their own bags. They were shocked and had never heard of such a stupid policy. Shop here if you want to save money and have experience with the brands they sell but expect the staff to treat you with absolutely no respect or even human decency what so ever. The customer is always wrong no matter what is clearly their policy. I will avoid this dreadful dump in the future and instead spend my money at the stores that do not insult my intelligence and allow me to use my own bag. My receipt is sufficient proof that I paid for the goods I place in my bag.
  • I haven't actually been to the store yet (unless it was over 3 years ago) but I was searching for a particular pair of jeans and I contacted the Reading, PA location and they didn't have the ones I was trying to locate. I advised them that I should have contacted the Grove City, PA location and they hooked me up. Grove City, PA location didn't have what I wanted but searched out similar ones. I got GREAT service and I haven't even been there yet!!! I'm heading out this weekend - a 4 hour drive....
