  • Great if you have kids, just watch for when they do bring them inside the hotel. You'd have to check those times with the Peabody. Hotel rooftop where they live offers spectacular views of Memphis sky...  read more »
  • Great tradition but get there early! There's a ton of people wanting to see the duck parade but it's over in a flash. Fun though.
  • We watched the 11 am parade of the ducks and it was fascinating to watch. The duck master was full of information and really kindly posed for pictures with children in the crowd. Really nice
  • Club level is the way to go! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Valet who made sure our bags made it to our room. Check in was very easy and our room was ready when we arrived. We had complimentary waters in our room, two complimentary cocktails, turn down service, chocolates, and complimentary continental breakfast. The room was VERY nice and VERY clean. Plenty of room for two adults. Being an old building, I was concerned about the noise at night but it was very quiet and I rested well. When we got ready to depart, someone came to our room and picked up our luggage and had it next to our vehicle, which was waiting on us. Great roof top band, great cocktails in the lobby, great pianist in the lobby, and very friendly staff. No complaints!
  • Went for the Duck Parade. The customer service was fantastic and the show quite enjoyable. I wasn't sure what it would be like but it was a cute show
  • Great hotel! It was so much fun to watch the ducks walk down the carpet. they have lots of good gifts at the gift shop to bring home to your family and friends. And the hotel was overall beautiful. But the rooms were small for such a high price.
  • If you have the opportunity to stay at the Peabody do so. It's a wonderful hotel with impeccable service and extremely comfortable bed. Always something going on at the Peabody.
  • We attended a reception at the Peabody last night. When paying the $12 parking fee on the way out, which I consider pricy for Memphis, we inserted a $20 bill but the machine did not give us our $8 in change. We pressed the help button and the valet person gave us a phone number to call today for a refund. This turned out to be the hotel reservation number. And the person my husband talked to basically told us tough luck. I am furious at their lack of common courtesy and lack of customer service. I will never again use their parking garage and will encourage groups not to use the Peabody as a reception venue. All they wanted to do was brush us up. I know $8 is not a lot of money but the way we were treated makes me really angry.
