  • This has been my favorite place to bring visitors for over 10 years ... until a recent visit in May 2017. What was once among the best, most unique and fun places to see in Memphis, is now a run-down, dirty disappointment. General lackadaisical, unmotivated, unprofessional attitude among many employees has resulted in trash, filth, broken lamps, filthy paddleboats ... a stinking mess in desperate need of a good manager and some TLC. Monorail barely functional and seemingly random schedule. Food selection at both cafes was either hotdogs (not bad) or the world's worst pizza ... all at ridiculous prices. I very rarely write a bad review and my attitude of deep disappointment is simply because this was, could and SHOULD be a Memphis gem ... not the pitiful mess it has become. :'-(
  • Great value. Outdoor river was perfect. My 5 year old son loved it! Museum was nice too.
  • So much fun! The miniature to-scale Mississippi River is amazing, and I love that they encourage you to get your feet wet. The walk over the bridge is pretty awesome too- and super friendly and helpful vendors (who gave us a plastic bag to put my daughter's wet clothes in).
  • Awesome.... I never knew about this place. It is so cool. The kids can walk in the scale model of the Mississippi River. Very unique and a must see.
  • A big disappointment. Dirty, and dismal. $4 to ride the 10 second monorail roundtrip.
