  • Get the package with the Rock and Soul Museum. You can go anytime and it's a better deal. Some really interesting exhibits.  more »
  • The Memphis Blues is the birthplace of the Blues Hall of Fame. Featuring musical acts as well as the Blues gave birth records and hiding things birthplace is enshrined. About the history of the development of the Blues even if you know where you can read well in English

  • This smallish museum is a terrific visit. For a modest fee you can see and hear about and from important figures in the growth of the Blues.  more »

  • For a $10 cover I expected a bit more, but what was there was well done. I enjoyed the breakdown of sections by era of development and then by instrument, but the transition and the theme of each could be a lot clearer, and the flow could tell a much more coherent story. The computer system for browsing bios and music is excellent, but only if you are already familiar with the artists and have some idea of what you are looking for. If you're already somewhat of a blues aficionado, you'll enjoy this. I'd like to see it grow into a place that is more beginner-friendly where people can go to be introduced to and learn about the blues.
  • Smaller building but full of content. I could have easily spent hours on end listening to all the music they have archived in this place. Tons of memorabilia to view as well. The people who run the building are very kind and welcoming. Also it is very cheap to enter.
  • I love da blues but u can skip this place. Not much to see.
  • It's interesting, but very sparse number of exhibits. They really need to step it up, and I'm a huge blues fan.
  • This is a small little Museum but the sound booths downstairs with all the different Hall of Fame artists was a lot of fun to sit in and play with. The history and music is amazing and is well worth the price of admission.
