  • I am not a hunter, a fisherman, or a boater, but this place is amazing. Not only can you shop (and find something for nearly everyone) but you can eat at one of the restaurants, go bowling or take an ...  read more »
  • I've wanted to see this Bass Pro for a while, but waited until after the Beretta Gallery opened. That was primarily what I wanted to see, so I forced a group of friends to stop when driving back from ...  read more »
  • I would have given this Bass Pro a 5 if it had not been for our rude check out person L. Brown. She was very unfriendly and rude. The view from the top was breathtaking. The store is beautiful and has...  read more »
  • Bass Pro went above and beyond with this shop. The designs on the inside are amazing. There are a couple of restaurants that you can eat at. One on the ground level and one up at the top. The one on ground level has a bowling alley in it. The one at the top has an amazing view of Memphis and the mighty Mississippi River. They have a resort here so if you are going to be in town for a few days you should check it out.
  • The restrooms were filthy and there was a serious lack of large fish hooks-for being the largest BP around, you'd think there would be great stock. & it was as bad as shopping at Home Depot when trying to find anyone that worked there. The greeter up front on the north entrance however was a delight and attempted to be very helpful.
  • What an amazing store! If you can call it that. Memphis' newest tourist attraction, entertainment, lodging, outdoor shopping venue is the Godzilla of all Bass Pro shops! There is something for everyone from shopping, eating, bowling, indoor camping, high end lodging, and spectacular sightseeing from the top of the pyramid on either of the 2 Lookout observation decks! Staff is unbeatable, friendly, helpful, and definitely take hospitality to the next level. It is a must visit on any Memphis trip and an awesome day trip for every Memphian!
  • The shopping part was sooo much more than anticipated, you really can kill some time here, but I want to focus on the roof top restaurant. $10 just to ride the elevator to the roof balconies was a bit steep, but the view is fantastic. $16.00 for a burger in the restaurant, again a bit steep. It was really tasty but my meal experience was let down due to the slow and forgetful service. The place was not at all busy, it had gone 2pm, but we had to wait 10 minutes for her to bring us a couple diet cokes. When our meal came we asked for mustard and ketchup, and another order of diet coke. Again it was 10 minutes for her to come back with the drinks and no condiments. If I'm paying those prices I expect better service. It's a nice restaurant though
  • Probably the coolest place I've ever seen. Huge building, huge pond with a bunch of fish and ducks. Highly recommended stop. I was very disappointed in the sky view though. It's $10 a person and they didn't have any signs posting that 1 of the 2 observation decks was closed. Before the ride up my wife was going to purchase a 16$ candle and a $30 shirt. After the dissatisfaction we just left without getting anything. So they made 20 instead of 36... Would not recommend the ride up unless they lower the price.
