  • Great experience but you got to make sure to plan it right. This is Florida, plan on it raining and thunderstorm in the afternoon. If it rains, no big deal. But if there is a single thunder they will ...  more »

  • Had a great time here! Not too far from San Juan, car service picked us up from our hotel and was included in the price. Every employee we interacted with was super fun and friendly! Definitely stay after the zipline portion and go swim and cliff jump and rope swing into the river!
  • I've done it twice. Both times were great! I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this place. Plus, it's for a good cause -- the Brevard Zoo and providing jobs to the many young people who work there. My only warning: Be ready for a workout. By the time you get through the entire course, you will definitely be feeling the burn. (But that's a good thing, right?!)
  • Customer service left much to be desired. Also, it was quite pricey. The course itself was fun! Primarily staffed with high school aged kids with little to no patience for the first timers I brought with me. I did encounter two friendly staff members throughout my experience. Rather disappointed when we returned to the front desk after completing the course and they had no more water! Not sure what that was about. Experience was fun but the staff really killed the vibe.
  • It's a really fun flying obstacle course and a perfect case-in-point of the zoo's constant evolution. 2 specific improvements I saw were a tree-bound water fountain and the "addition" of the "Black Diamond" course. No matter where you go, the staff is courteous, and the animals are diverse. It's more fun than you might think!
  • Keith was amazing! Then we switched to 2 other guides during our second thunder break. We choose to do challange reloaded. We did not get to finish. We got though the challange course and had to leave because of weather. We didn't get to finish the last part were all the ziplines are. When I asked if we could come back to finish the last half. The lady whom appeared to be in charge said no no refunds that was it. She lacked any kind of customer service skills. Even a smile. Nothing... I know it's hard to tell customers no I realise you just dropped $100 dollars down the drain and your screwed now. But geez maybe at least look at the person that is asking you. We won't come back. It's Florida it rains. Even the golf courses have a half way rain check.
