  • What a beautiful place to visit - lots of variety of native plants and a quiet place to walk alongside the stream.
  • I have been to this garden many times, each time better than the last. This is an amazing garden. It is well tended with concrete walkways. Although it is not large you never feel crowded. As admissio...  read more »
  • A better outdoor activity is winter months, quite humid and hot during summer months. Well kept and groomed. A retreat for stressed students and out door studying.
  • Very peaceful and beautiful. It is so nice to have this on campus. Even though it isn't very big, it is a nice place to walk around or sit for some peace and quiet.
  • When I was a kid and Babcock was a two lane road, I used to ride my little bicycle through here. Now I'm most definitely not a kid and didn't bring a bicycle to Florida with me, but I still had fun at the gardens. I was hoping for more flowers, but who can complain about the trees and streams throughout the middle of the FIT campus? My only real complaint was the lack of visitor parking accompanying the lack of direction on where to get a parking pass from the school. Hint: it's the receptionist at the admin building.
  • The FIT gardens used to be amazing until the campus expanded and constructed buildings in the heart of the gardens. Used to take nature walks when I was a kId.
  • Variety of Plant life and quiet on the weekends.
  • A bit difficult to find - GPS takes you to Florida Institute of Technology's Administrative building, not directly to the Gardens. The Gardens are off to the left, down a ramp (not handicapped-accessible). Lovely, meandering paths. Good way to spend an hour.
