  • Take the time to stroll around this area seeing art galleries and local shops. I highly recommend this.
  • An exceptional district do not often found in an American city. A walk salary also through the adjacent residential streets, where different types of houses can be seen, older inconspicuous, but also stately residence on large plots. The whole area has a beautiful partly very old stock of trees, partially with the typical Spanish moss. The district is bounded at one end by a side arm of the Indian River (part of the Intracoastal Waterway). Eau Gallie is the oldest district of Melbournde and the origins of the town.

  • Beautiful area on the river with the best library, art galleries including world renowned artist Derek Gore. Check out the shops, craft beer, coffee shop, museum and the very nice Civic Center!

  • Decent amount of galleries and a museum or two. A few restaurants and one good brewery. Food truck nights and art fairs are a lot of fun.
  • Fun, entertaining and wonderful people
  • Off Center Art Center is one of my favorite art galleries. They are always cooking up something new or displaying a new talent's work. From date night painting, to kids art classes, for Friday night dances and art shows, you will find Ruthanne to be a charming and positive curator and her son Kyle, a gifted artist. Check them out.
  • Nice place to take a significant other
