  • I bought Tickets for the Polar Express MONTHS prior to the Dec 17th ride. My family and I drove 4 hours, 2 nights at a hotel, and spent hundreds for the trip to surprise our 4 yr old daughter for Chri...  more »
  • Overpriced for a short train ride with no perks. Might be fun if they offered some sort of service or a lower rate.
  • We really enjoyed our two hour train ride and wine/beer tasting. We rode in the first class car and were treated to a nice table with white linens and comfortable chairs. The service was a little slow...  more »

  • The model train layout is awesome! The history they have there is wonderful. The volunteers and staff were really knowledgeable.
  • A few hands on exhibits. Great for kids but no cars to walk into. Small.
  • Our family has 2 Thomas the Tank Engine lovers. We went out for the Day with Thomas at the Medina Railroad Museum. What a great time! The set up was nice and included lots of activities to keep the kids busy until the train ride with Thomas. The Museum itself is absolutely astounding. The model train setup is enormous and absolutely wonderful. They even have step stools so that the kids can see the whole thing. Aside from the model railroad portion, there place is packed with artifacts from all types of trains, lines, engineers, passengers, and just about anything else you can imagine. Make a day of this one.
  • We've come here several years for Day out with Thomas. However, it wasn't until recently that we went into the Museum part itself. There is a HUGE model train display with interactive components for the kids (make the bridge go up and down, push the button to turn the crossing gates on, etc).
  • Very friendly and helpful staff. Took my daughter on the Polar Express train ride. Worth every penny to see how much she loved it.
