  • Another great cave to visit! Our guide was fun and friendly and was very informative. We happened to visit when Bluegrass Underground was going on. The acoustics were amazing! If you enjoy caves this is one to visit!
  • I went to this place with a group of Army combat veterans I served with during our annual reunion. We were planning on doing the cave tour then possibly returning to see bluegrass underground. Instead, a very rude kid working the cash register denied me entry because I had my service dog with me. I explained to him that a service dog cannot be denied entry due to ADA regulations and all he responded with was a very sarcastic "OK." Then he said my service dog couldn't go in because of some bat disease. Well if they're concerned about white nose fungus then NOBODY should be entering the cave to protect the bats. Since the price of admission is fairly high and the rude clerk obviously had no respect for veterans we decided to leave. I hope all veterans considering going here read this first and don't go. There are other caves fairly close such as tuckaleechee caverns and they are veteran friendly.
  • We had Breanna as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to be with. The caverns were very interesting. They were not particularly challenging, but still got us a bit winded. I'd certainly recommend seeing these if you're at all interested in the exciting world beneath the ground! It was cool (
  • Great tour. Good for kids. One of the men who found some of the caves is in his nineties and still comes by the place to talk to people. Very interesting guy.
  • What an awesome place. Take the time to visit, well worth the short drive off of the highway. Great way to beat the heat, 56 degrees inside year round. Eli was great guide.
