  • great place for a picnic, sailboarding, walking, relaxing. Certain days light house is open for a visit to the top. great for all ages. Can be a drive through or a picnic plus relaxation stop. Free
  • Beautiful location, the breezes on a warm day were lovely, as were the views. Bring chairs or a blanket, a picnic basket, a kite for the kids. A nice place for the family to gather. There is no sandy beach but people were swimming off of the rocks (kids too) Clean facilities.
  • We walked the 1.47 miles from Mattapoisette and arrived just nefore sunset. What a peaceful walk and a beautiful site. Wonderful for photographers. Inspired by the beauty of nature & history.
  • A great place to relax and be near the water. Stop by Oxford Creamery on the way to have some food or ice cream while you sit and enjoy the view.
  • I was fortunate enough to climb up into the lighthouse, what beautiful views. I love it there!
  • Great historic site seeing place. Usually always windy on a warm day
