  • A simple and picturesque light house park. Decent size green area with surrounding parking area. Take some pizza there for a picnic or just sit in you car with the windows down.
  • Most relaxing place I know. My wife and I have visited there more times than we could ever count in our 50 years together. I am also a Justice of the Peace and have officiated at several weddings on N...  more »

  • Great place to bring the kids for a day. It is all going on here on a nice day. Windsurfing to kite flying to Frisbee with the dog.
  • Beautiful location, the breezes on a warm day were lovely, as were the views. Bring chairs or a blanket, a picnic basket, a kite for the kids. A nice place for the family to gather. There is no sandy beach but people were swimming off of the rocks (kids too) Clean facilities.
  • We walked the 1.47 miles from Mattapoisette and arrived just nefore sunset. What a peaceful walk and a beautiful site. Wonderful for photographers. Inspired by the beauty of nature & history.
  • Great historic site seeing place. Usually always windy on a warm day
  • I was fortunate enough to climb up into the lighthouse, what beautiful views. I love it there!
