This museum has the best fossil display of the places I have been lately. Yes, the exhibits are few. But the building has a library and many labs with people available to answer questions. Plenty of i...  more »

For years I've wanted to visit this place, so I made a day trip of it. How wonderful! I loved the dinosaur exhibit at the time. The staff was also great and very enthusiastic. I enjoyed being able to navigate the place on my own. I know you'll enjoy it.

The staff and volunteers were so helpful, and the exhibits are incredible! Kids also have things, like interactive displays, to keep then interested and informed.

This is a very nice museum. It is small but has a decent set of exhibits. It has interactive portions that can entertain the preschool child, but I would recommend this mostly for children who can read. Some of the exhibits are still being worked on but not too many to make it distracting. There is potential for growth in this museum but the area is economically depressed which seems to hinder that idea. This is a nice half day family outing.
