  • My family goes here every couple of years with friends. Both my kids learned to ski and snowboard here... great atmosphere...lots of fun for the entire family!
  • Grill, rentals, lift operators, instructors, ski shop....entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Smaller resort with decent number of slopes. Great resort for kids/teens and adults that are n...  more »
  • Snowed a pretty good amount day before we came so the slopes were in good shape. A lot of people out for President's Day weekend but the staff seemingly kept everything organized and moving well.

  • by far the worst place ive ever been to ski, the parking lot is gravel and pretty much mud and just from walking to the lodge my shoes were covered in mud, then three of my buddies bought a two day ski pass and they charged all three of us different amounts and when we realized this the second day they acted like we were crazy and got very mad for no reason. The skiing itself was awful the snow was straight ice no powder at all which made it nearly impossible to cut you would slide every time i went with my girl friend who hurt her ankle at the top slope and the ski patrol would just ski right past us not offering any help, save your money this place is crappy and over priced especially the restaurant i got two hamburgers an order of fries and a small drink for 17 freaking dollars unreal. Only postiive to this place is the people inside that actually get you fitted for your skis they are the nicest coolest people other then that our ski trip sucked because of this place
  • Overall not so great. Parking is awful. You have to hike up really steep and dangerous stairs to get up to the "lodge". Not easy when you have kids with you and are carrying a bunch of stuff. Lines were SUPER long for tickets and food- which by the way you can't bring in any outside food. Lines were SUPER long for chair lifts too. Very few runs and it was incredibly icy. Expensive for what you get.
  • We decided to go to wolf ridge ski resort after realizing that it would be cheaper than sugar mountain. I was skeptical of this decision at first, but I can now say that it was definitely a good one. I had an absolute blast, and definitely plan on going again soon. It may not be quite as big as some of the other ski resorts in the area, but I'll say I had just as much fun as any other nearby resorts.
  • Nice people and fair price. The only complaint is that the instructors are Amateur.
  • Great and friendly resort in the South. We were lucky and had cold temps.
