  • One of our favorite hiking parks, with plenty of well maintained trails, scenic views, the lake, and a great visitors center. Always a pleasure, regardless of the season.
  • Tent camping at its finest! Huge deck platforms for your tent and the bathroom and showers are the cleanest we've seen! Tons of stuff and scheduled activities for the kids to do. We'll be back!
  • Nice place to take a break, but looked a little forgotten. Nice views. I suppose its more popular in summer.
  • Beautiful! stayed in rustic 1930's cabin. so nice to sit on the proch and hear the birds chirping away. Nice but strenuous hike to Molly's knob. Came back on the lake loop which is very pretty and shaded. passes through rhododendron forests and over mountan streams. great views of the lake.
  • Just a gorgeous place to visit. Well maintained. Great campgrounds. A regular spot on motorcycle trips.
