  • Nice get away.park upkeep needs improving. Very dirty. Thousands of dead bugs in light fixtures. Rides need repairs and paint. Gums on trees. The people who do that are discussed and I have no respect for them. Other wise a fun place. Learn from Disney!
  • I am commenting based on my first ever visit to 6 flags white water. I recently purchased memberships for my family of 4 which included bring a friend free passes. We chose the last day to bring a friend due to personal scheduling conflicts. There were so many people there that we had to stand in line to walk down the sidewalk. Every water slide had at least an hour wait and it was almost impossible to find staff to answer questions. I had to go out into the wave pool to get someone to help me open my locker that I paid 18 dollars for that wouldn't work. The lines to the vending stations and bathrooms were so long that you had to push your way through lines just to walk through the park. It was absolutely miserable for a first visit. I do understand that this was probably not an every day situation at the park but maybe some sort of crowd control needs to be put in place during these times. What I did get to see of the park, looked like it would have been fun. We do plan to visit again. However, we will choose our date more wisely.
  • Overall, a fun day. My suggestion would be to get there when they open. It gets more crowded later. Most of the park employees are extremely nice and helpful. We did have one unpleasant experience where a large family skipped several people in line. They were confronted and the ride attendant was alerted, but nothing was done. Food is WAY overpriced - 4 pretzels and 4 soft drinks was almost $60.
  • This was my first visit. My little granddaughters gave me the tour. What a great time we had. They wanted to see if they could wear me out. Not! My favorite part was the lazy river where you can grab a flotation device and just meander through the park. Safety -There were life guards everywhere which seemed as if they were very alert and at every point . Crowds- I went in the middle of the week after lunch. There was a good crowd but it was enjoyable. Membership- If you have kids and live in proximity to Marietta, a membership will more than pay for itself.
  • I LOVED White Water as a child and was thrilled to go back as an adult. I had some reservations about cleanliness, but decided to enjoy myself anyway. I had a great time, despite the long lines and crowds. However, I ended up getting scabies! My doctor and dermatologist both agree the most likely exposure was at White Water. It took months to clear up and was outright disgusting! I had to wear long shirts and pants all summer. I was miserable! I will never go back to white water again! I'm sure if they were treating their pools with the correct amount of chlorine, this never would have happened. BEWARE.
